In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting the obligations and rights set out in the subsequent clauses.

• "f333" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the f333 online casino and sports betting service accessible at https://f33app.org and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, and feature sub-pages thereof.
• "Account Holder" / "Player" / "you" refers to any natural person who has successfully registered a player account on the f333 platform and whose account is in good standing.
• "Agreement" refers collectively to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary terms published in connection with specific promotions, tournaments, or product features.
• "Balance" refers to the total of cleared, withdrawable funds held in an Account Holder's f333 wallet at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-withdrawable credit awarded by f333 to an Account Holder under a promotional offer, which becomes withdrawable only upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and payment method verification process that f333 applies to account holders before processing withdrawal requests or at any point f333 considers appropriate for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.
• "MFS" refers to Mobile Financial Services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay as operated within Bangladesh.
• "Sporting Event" refers to any competitive sporting fixture — including but not limited to BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup matches, and bilateral cricket series — on which f333 offers betting markets.

Access to f333 and participation in any game, betting market, or promotional offer is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their use of the platform.

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf and for personal, recreational use only. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of f333 or any of its software providers, payment partners, or affiliated entities.
• You must not already hold an active or self-excluded f333 account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

f333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the eligibility criteria listed above at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within the timeframe specified in f333's request may result in the suspension of your account pending verification.

f333 is required to verify the identity of its account holders and the ownership of payment methods used on the platform. This verification process, commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer), is mandatory before f333 will process any withdrawal request and may be initiated by f333 at any point during the account lifecycle.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate confirming your name and date of birth; a document confirming your current residential address such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding ninety (90) days; and confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad registered account matching the name and mobile number on your f333 account.

f333 aims to complete KYC review within two (2) business days of receiving a complete set of requested documents. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing items, and the review period will restart upon receipt of the complete set. f333 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request or suspend an account if KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

f333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to f333's designated bank accounts at BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice, subject to the notification provisions in Clause 14.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction across all accepted MFS payment methods.
• Deposit source: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Account Holder's own legal name. Deposits from accounts held in third-party names are prohibited and will trigger a KYC review and potential account suspension.
• Processing time: MFS deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your f333 wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to clear depending on the sending institution.
• Fees: f333 does not charge fees on deposits. Your MFS provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your f333 wallet within the standard processing window, you must contact f333 support with your transaction reference number. f333 will investigate and, where the payment is confirmed as received, credit your wallet within one (1) business day.
• Currency: All transactions on f333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). f333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Account Holders may request withdrawal of their available (non-bonus) balance at any time, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and compliance with the conditions set out in this clause. f333 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests to MFS accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.
• Verification hold: First-time withdrawals from a new account, or withdrawals following a change of registered payment method, may be subject to an additional verification hold of up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• Withdrawal limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply as published in the Account Holder's cashier panel. Limits may be adjusted for accounts with VIP status or following specific promotional terms.
• Bonus balance: Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw an unsatisfied bonus balance will result in the bonus funds being removed from your account.
• Declined withdrawals: f333 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) there is a pending dispute relating to the account balance.

f333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins credits, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and any additional bonus-specific terms published at the time the offer is presented.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per offer) on eligible games before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering on games with a contribution rate below 100% will count proportionally toward the wagering requirement.
• Eligible games: Not all games on f333 contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Offer-specific eligible game lists are published with each promotion.
• Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire thirty (30) days after the date on which they are credited to your account. Expired bonuses are removed without replacement.
• One bonus at a time: Account Holders may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the offer-specific terms explicitly permit it.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting mathematical loopholes, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and fraudulent deposit-withdrawal cycling — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on f333's sportsbook, including cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other Sporting Events, are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting interface and form part of this Agreement.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not accepted until f333's system has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during system outages or connectivity failures may not be honoured if the confirmation has not been recorded in f333's system.
• Odds changes: In-play odds are subject to change in real time. f333 is not obligated to honour odds that were displayed due to a system error or that were manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided by f333 where a Sporting Event is cancelled, abandoned, or results are determined to have been subject to match-fixing or other corrupt influence. Voided bets are returned to the Account Holder's wallet at the original stake amount.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). In cases of a result change by the governing body after initial settlement, f333 will re-settle affected bets within five (5) business days of the amended official result becoming available.
• Maximum payout: Single bet and accumulator payout limits apply as published in the sportsbook. Winnings exceeding the published maximum payout will be capped at the stated limit.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on f333. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure of the account.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or exploit any feature of the platform in a manner not available to standard users playing manually.
• Colluding with other players on f333 or on third-party platforms to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or display errors on the platform. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a known or suspected software error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your f333 account. f333 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in investigating payment fraud.
• Registering more than one account on f333, whether under your own name or a different identity. f333 uses identity verification and device fingerprinting to detect duplicate accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with f333 support.
• Using the f333 platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your f333 account or any balance held therein to another person.

f333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that enable Account Holders to maintain control over their gambling activity. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of the tools described in this clause and to seek independent support where appropriate.

• Deposit limits: Account Holders may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings panel. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time limits: Account Holders may set a maximum session duration per login, after which the account will be automatically logged out and a break reminder displayed.
• Self-exclusion: Account Holders may activate a self-exclusion period — ranging from thirty (30) days to permanent — directly from the account settings panel. Self-exclusion is effective immediately. During a self-exclusion period, f333 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform. Any attempt to register a new account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of this Agreement.
• Reality checks: Account Holders may opt in to periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current gaming session and their net position for that session.

f333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where f333 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account Holder has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; (c) the Account Holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (d) continued account operation poses a risk to f333, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, f333 will notify the Account Holder by email to their registered address and will complete the investigation within a reasonable period, ordinarily not exceeding fifteen (15) business days. Where the investigation confirms a breach, f333 may forfeit any balance held in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where the investigation does not confirm a breach, the account will be reinstated and any balance restored.

Account Holders who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact f333 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Account Holder's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus funds held in a voluntarily closed account will be forfeited.

All intellectual property rights in and to the f333 platform — including but not limited to the website design, user interface, brand name, logos, graphics, game content, software, text, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to f333. Nothing in this Agreement grants Account Holders any right, title, or interest in f333's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes as set out in this Agreement.

Game content accessible through the f333 platform is owned by or licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in respect of game content remain vested in the respective providers. Account Holders must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content or platform material without the express written consent of f333 and the relevant rights holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f333's total liability to any Account Holder in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Account Holder's use of the platform shall not exceed the Account Holder's total deposits made in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• f333 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Account Holder's use of or inability to use the platform.
• f333 shall not be liable for losses arising from: telecommunications or internet failures outside f333's direct control; third-party software or payment processing errors; force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action; or the Account Holder's failure to follow the instructions or terms published on the platform.
• f333 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency outages may occur, and f333 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
• Nothing in this clause limits f333's liability for death or personal injury caused by f333's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by f333.

f333's collection, use, storage, and processing of Account Holder personal data is governed by the f333 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By creating an account on f333, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, f333 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and — where consent has been given — marketing communications. f333 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and relevant authorities only where required for the lawful operation of the platform or where required by law.

f333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Account Holders' rights or obligations, f333 will provide not less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice by email to the registered email address associated with each active account and by displaying a prominent notice on the f333 platform.

Continued use of the f333 platform after the expiry of the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact f333 support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of your balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.

For general enquiries, account support, deposit or withdrawal assistance, and responsible gaming tool requests, Account Holders may contact f333 customer support at any time. Support is available around the clock, seven days a week, Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account balance, transaction records, or bonus handling, Account Holders must submit a formal written complaint to f333 support within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted after this period may not be investigated. f333 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and to provide a final resolution within ten (10) business days of receipt of all relevant information.

During the investigation of a dispute, f333's internal transaction records and system logs shall constitute the primary source of evidence. Account Holders are entitled to submit their own evidence in support of a complaint, and f333 will give such evidence fair and reasonable consideration. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to the Account Holder's satisfaction through f333's internal complaints process, the Account Holder retains the right to seek independent legal advice and to pursue available civil remedies.
